I am really struggling with these dark circles under my eyes. Having just turned 30, I feel like they come out of nowhere! I’ve tried cold compresses, you know, like putting cucumber slices on my eyes and all that, but they don’t seem to help much. Honestly, I feel like I look like a raccoon sometimes and it’s starting to really bug me. I did some online digging and found that dark circles can be such an annoying issue. My sleep has been all over the place lately too – not great for reducing dark circles. I wake up feeling exhausted, and after staring at the screen all day for work, I noticed they got even worse. The other day a friend asked if I was okay, because she thought I looked tired, which just added to my frustration. I don’t want to keep hiding behind makeup, but I’m honestly not sure what else to do. I heard that Ayurveda might have some natural remedies for how to reduce dark circles. Could anyone share any tips or advice? Any specific herbs or treatments that might work? I’d love to know what has worked for other people too.
