I am really curious about which oil is best for body massage, like, I've been dealing with some serious muscle tension and stress lately. A few weeks ago, I pulled a muscle while working out, and honestly, the tightness in my shoulders and back just won’t go away. 😩 I started looking into different oils for massage because I’m trying to alleviate the discomfort. I heard that sesame oil is great for increasing circulation, but then I came across sweet almond oil too! Now I'm confused, and wondering which oil is best for body massage. I’ve tried a couple of commercial ones, but they always seem too fragrant or leave my skin greasy. I was also reading about coconut oil, and some people swear by it for hydration! I just don’t know if certain oils work better for different issues or if I need to be thinking about my dosha or something like that. I want to make sure whatever I choose will help me relax and not aggravate my muscles more. 😩 Can someone shed some light on which oil is best for body massage and maybe suggest how to use it effectively?
