I am really hoping someone here can help me out! For the last few months, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish and my digestion has been all over the place. I recently read about how is sugarcane juice good for liver health, and it caught my attention, honestly. Like, my friend swears by it and says she feels amazing after having it. But I've also seen a bunch of conflicting info online. I tried drinking it for a week straight, but I'm not sure if I’m thinking about it too much or if it actually affects me. I mean, I love the taste! Last week, I went for a check-up and my doctor mentioned something about elevated liver enzymes, which kinda freaked me out. I don’t drink alcohol much and try to eat fairly clean, but I can’t help but wonder if is sugarcane juice good for liver or do I just need to chill with the sugars? I definitely don’t wanna end up damaging my liver more. Has anyone noticed a difference after consuming it? Or should I just stick to the usual healthy foods? Totally confused over here!
