Erosive lichen planus, indeed, can be quite challenging, especially when intertwined with other conditions like fatty liver and high cholesterol. In Ayurveda, this condition is often seen as an imbalance of the Pitta and Kapha doshas, contributing to inflammation and tissue damage. The approach would include both internal purification and external healing remedies to reduce inflammation and boost immunity.

Internally, consider taking Triphala Churna, which is known for its gentle detoxifying properties, at bedtime with warm water. It’s generally safe and can help to balance Pitta and support liver function. You might also benefit from Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), an herb known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Guduchi tablets or powder, depending on what is available for you, can be taken twice daily.

For your mouth ulcers, Yashtimadhu (licorice) is often recommended. You can make a soothing paste of licorice powder and honey, applying it directly on the ulcers several times a day. It helps soothe the tissues and encourage healing. For topical application, you might also use coconut oil as it has calming properties and can provide relief from burning sensations.

On the dietary front, avoid hot, spicy, and oily foods. Emphasize cooling, nutritious foods like cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Prefer to cook with ghee which nourishes the body while not aggravting Pitta.

Engage in regular practices such as meditation and yoga to manage stress—a key factor in autoimmune conditions.

Regarding fatty liver and high cholesterol, Ayurvedic treatments favor herbs like Amla and Turmeric. These can be taken along with a diet low in saturated fats and high in wholefoods. Regular physical activity, even moderate, such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day can also support lipid metabolism and enhance liver function.

It’s crucial to have these remedies reviewed by your Ayurvedic practitioner aligned with your current medical treatment to ensure compatibility and prevent any contraindications with existing medications.

Erosive Lichen Planus can be challenging, but Ayurveda offers approaches that may help manage the symptoms. The condition is often related to Pitta imbalance due to its inflammatory nature. For this, you might focus on cooling and soothing the body. Start with dietary changes: reduce or eliminate spicy, sour, and overly salty foods, favoring a diet rich in bitter and astringent tastes; think green leafy vegetables and whole grains. Avoiding hot, fried, and processed foods is critical too, and you might want to incorporate turmeric and sandalwood as they have cooling properties.

Since the liver needs support, given the fatty liver condition, incorporate herbs like guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) and bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus niruri), known for their liver-protective benefits. Drinking warm water throughout the day with a teaspoon of fresh aloe vera juice can be soothing for the gut and oral cavity, aiding in healing ulcers.

Regular oil pulling with coconut oil can also help in mild cases - swish one tablespoon of oil in your mouth for about 15 minutes daily and spit it out.

High cholesterol signals Kapha imbalance, and you might benefit from regular physical activity which aligns with your current health status. Use gentle exercise, not strenuous. Fresh ginger tea can assist with digestion and lipid metabolism.

Always make sure to consult with healthcare professionals before starting any new regimen, especially since your conditions are somewhat interconnected. If symptoms worsen or if you experience severe pain or swelling, it’s important to contact your healthcare provider promptly.
