I am trying to understand something that’s been bugging me. Lately, I’ve been dealing with chronic migraines and my friend suggested I try out homeopathy. I did some research and then I thought about Ayurveda too! But now I’m really confused about whether is homeopathy and ayurvedic same. My mom swears by her Ayurvedic remedies, like ashwagandha and neem, while my friend talks about these tiny sugar pills that supposedly stimulate the body’s healing. I read online that they both focus on natural healing, and I’m like, okay, that’s great but how similar are they really? Do they both treat the underlying issues or just symptoms?? I honestly don’t have the time to dive deep into both right now, but I kinda felt like they are different in how they approach treatment. I mean, isn’t Ayurveda all about balancing the doshas while homeopathy works on a more like energy basis? I just want to know if I should just pick one or if I can combine them in some way... Has anyone else been in the same boat, trying to figure out if is homeopathy and ayurvedic same? Any insights would be super helpful since I’m honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the information out there! Thanks!
