Exercises such as yoga, especially poses like the cobra or the bridge pose, can help by improving circulation and balancing energy. Pranayama, like kapalbhati, is great too, it improves stamina and energy levels, try doing it in the morning.
Stress can be a big dampener on stamina, so incorporate some relaxation techniques or meditation in your daily routine.
