First, let’s look into how Ayurveda can provide supportive care for your conditions, while ensuring it complements the allopathic treatments you are currently receiving. For peripheral neuritis and Parkinson’s, it’s essential to address the Vata dosha imbalance often at play in such nervous system disorders.

Start by incorporating dietary elements to calm vata: prefer warm, cooked meals over raw or cold foods. You might include soups, stews, and porridges, seasoned with vata-pacifying spices like ginger, cumin, and black pepper. Cow’s ghee is especially nourishing for the nervous system — try using a teaspoon daily. Avoid excessively dry, processed, and spicy foods, which can aggravate vata.

In terms of lifestyle, gentle daily massage, or ‘abhyanga’, with warm sesame oil can be immensely beneficial. It helps boost circulation, nurtures the nerves, and soothes vata. Consider doing this in the morning before your shower for about 10-15 minutes. Additionally, restorative yoga postures, particular focusing on the spine’s flexibility, can support nerve functions. Poses like Cat-Cow, Child’s Pose, and gentle twists might be suitable here but ensure they are practiced within your comfort zone.

For Parkinson’s symptoms, maintaining regular physical and mental activities is important. Mild cognitive exercises, like puzzles and memory games, can be supportive. Ayurveda also emphasizes the usage of specific herbs such as Ashwagandha and Brahmi, known for their rejuvenative properties and mind-calming effects. But, talk to your healthcare provider before incorporating these supplements to avoid any interaction with your medications.

Addressing hypertension, meditation and breathing exercises (Pranayama), like Nadi Shodhana (alternate-nostril breathing), can be notably effective in managing stress and balancing blood pressure. Engaging in such practices for about 10 minutes every day can bring added calmness and focus.

Please continue regular visits and consultations with your healthcare and ensuring that any new practices or supplements are safe given your current medications and overall health status. Your integrated approach seems crucial here.

Considering your condition with peripheral neuritis and Parkinson’s symptoms, management by integrating Siddha-Ayurvedic practices can seek to restore balance. The primary focus should be on pacifying aggravated Vata dosha, which is often linked to the nervous system’s issues. A balanced Vata can help improve your condition and manage the symptoms better.

1. Dietary Adjustments: Emphasize warm, well-cooked meals that are easily digestible. Including ghee in your diet can provide lubrication and nourishment to the nerves. You might add spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric, which help in enhancing digestive fire (Agni). Avoid dry and cold foods that can aggravate Vata.

2. Herbal Support: Formulations like Ashwagandha and Brahmi are known to support nervous system health. Ashwagandha has neuroprotective properties, while Brahmi can enhance cognitive functions. Consult with a proficient practitioner for precise dosages.

3. Panchakarma: Consider therapies like Basti (medicated enema) and Shirodhara (continuous oil flow on the forehead); known for their efficacy in detoxifying and rejuvenating the nervous system. These should be undertaken with a professional, given your complex condition.

4. External Therapies: Oil massages (Abhyanga) using warm sesame oil, could soothe Vata dosha and improve circulation. Daily practice of gentle exercises or yoga, tailored for your abilities, may maintain mobility and muscle strength.

5. Pranayama and Meditation: Regular practice of calming breathing techniques can help manage stress and maintain mental balance, critical for Vata pacification.

Keep monitoring your symptoms closely and maintain close communication with your allopathic physician. Sudden changes in your neurological state or other critical symptoms should prompt immediate medical attention. Balancing between the therapies of Siddha-Ayurveda and your current medical regimen should be closely coordinated for safe and effective results.
