नमस्कार आपकी चिंता बिल्कुल समझ में आती है — हड्डियों का असामान्य रूप से बढ़ना, ऊँचाई का रुक जाना और मांसपेशियों का पतला होना यह संकेत देता है कि शरीर में धातु संतुलन (विशेषकर अस्थि व मांस धातु) में कुछ असामान्यता चल रही है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह स्थिति मुख्यतः वात व पित्त दोष की वृद्धि तथा अस्थि व मांस धातु के दुष्ट होने के कारण उत्पन्न होती है।

HELLO,

IMPROVE DIGESTIVE FIRE Weak digestion can lead to improper tissue formation including bones and muscles

WHAT TO DO -sip warm water throughout the day -add ginger + lemon before meals -avoid heavy , cold, stale and fried food

2) STRENGTHEN BONES According to Ayurveda, bone weakness or abnormal bone changes related to imbalance in vata dosha

-ASHWAGANDHA + SHATAVRI CHURNA= 1 tsp each with warm milk twice daily =strengthen bones and muscles, nourishes tissues

-HADJOD CAPSULES= 1 cap twice daily after meals =supports bone health

-LAKSHADI GUGGULU= 2 tabs twice daily afte meals

3) IMPROVE MUSCLE MASS

to prevent muscles from becoming the -Ashwagandha= continue

-SHILAJIT CAPSULE= 1 cap in morning if feeling low energy

-AMLA=1 tsp with warm water in morning for overall immunity

DIET FOR BONE + MUSCLE SUPPORT -warm, fresh, home cooked meals -High protein item like milk, panner, dal, eggs if you take, nuts, seeds -Healthy fats= ghee, sesame oil, almonds -calcium foods= sesame seeds, ragi, milk , moring

Haddiyon aur unse judi samasya jaise ki unka anavashyak badhna aur maaspeishiyon ka patla padna, yah bimari kisi hormanal imbalance, agni ki kami ya dosha-vata ka imbalance ho sakta hai. Ayurved mein, haddi aur maaspeishi ka vikas jitna prakriti aur dosha sthiti pe nirbhar karta hai, utna hi aahar aur jeevan shailee pe bhi.

Pehle toh, apne aahar ko theek karna important hai. Protein yukt khana, jaise ki moong dal, rajma, soyabean, aur masoor dal khana aapke maaspeishi vikas ke liye madadgar ho sakta hai. Din mein do baar peshna2 lene ki koshish karein.

Aapko din mein ek baar Ashwagandha churn (3-5gram) doodh ke sath lena chahiye. Yeh aapke maansik swasth aur maaspeishiyon ko majboot banane mein madad karta hai. Taaza haldi aur giloy ke ras ko apne dincharya mein shamil karna bhi prabhavi rah sakta hai, kyunki yah aapke shariir ke doshon ko durust karte hain.

Vata dosha ko santulit karne ke liye stress management ke liye regular meditation aur pranayama karein, kyunki vata ke prakop se bhi aisi samasya hoti hai. Iske alawa, agni ko sudstrong aur krut snesham action ke liye trikatu churn ko aapne rojana ke bhojan ke baad le sakte hain.
