I am really curious about something! Last week, I tried this dish my friend makes with mango and curd, and it was sooo good! Like, really refreshing. But then I started to think, is mango and curd a good combination? It felt like a good match, but I sometimes wonder about mixing fruity stuff with dairy. Over the past few months, I've had some digestive issues — a bit of bloating and just general discomfort after meals.
