Seeking Advice for Worsening Knee Pain at Age 74 - #44869

My sge is 74yrs. I am havingpain in knee joints for about 5Years. Now in left knee pain has worsened and it is difficult to walk witout wearing knee cap. I am already taking glucosamin and condroitin sulphate combination. Now I have been advised Nucart OA 2 tabs along with Tryodshang guggle and Asthisandh(2tabs each) twice a day. Please advise Dev Raj Malik (Age 74yrs)
