Namaste,
Aapki ovaries mein cyst aur uterus ke bade hone ki samasya kapha-vata dosha ke vikruti ka parinaam ho sakti hai. Ayurveda mein aise rog ko “Yonivyapad” aur “Granthi” ke roop mein dekha jata hai. Yeh samasya hormonal imbalance, agnimandya (weak digestion), aur toxins (ama) ke sankalan ke karan hoti hai. Ayurvedic upchar aur aahar-vihar (diet and lifestyle) ke madhyam se isko sambhav roop se samadhan kiya ja sakta hai.
Ayurvedic Chikitsa (Treatment):
Kanchnar Guggulu:
Yeh granthi-shodhak (cyst-reducing) aur kapha-vata shamak hai.
Dose: 2 tablets din mein 2 baar garam paani ke saath lein, bhojan ke baad.
Ashokarishta:
Yeh ashok ka kwath prasarit hai, jo yoni aur uterus ke swasthya ke liye laabhdayak hai.
Dose: 20 ml Ashokarishta 20 ml paani ke saath din mein 2 baar lein, bhojan ke baad.
Chandraprabha Vati:
Hormonal balance aur cyst ke liye atyant laabhdayak.
Dose: 1-2 tablets din mein 2 baar.
Aloe Vera (Kumari Saar):
Aloe vera garbhashay aur ovaries ke liye tonic ka kaam karta hai.
Dose: Subah khali pet 20 ml aloe vera juice garam paani ke saath lein.
Panchakarma Therapy:
Uttar Basti: Yoni mein specially medicated oils ke dwara shodhan karne se ovaries aur uterus ki sthiti mein sudhar ho sakta hai. Panchakarma vaidya ki salah lein.
Virechana (Detoxification): Ama ko nikalne ke liye virechana kiya jata hai.

Acha, toh aap ovarian cyst aur uterus enlargement ke baare mein puch rahe ho. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, cyst vata aur kapha dosha ke imbalance ka natija ho sakta hai. Magar! Yeh important hai ki aap proper medical check-up jaroor karwa lein, kyunki cyst zyada badi ho, toh medical intervention bhi zaroori ho sakti hai. Pehle doctor se consult kar lo agar pain ya dusre symptoms ho rahe hain aapko.
Agar stable hai condition aapki and you’re lookin for Ayurvedic support, toh kuch basic steps hain jo aap le sakte ho. Pahel toh diet pe thoda focus karein. Garam or pitta-inducing foods jise tikha aur spicy khana hai, ise avoid karo. Instead, apne khane mein fiber-rich foods jurne ki koshish karein jaise sabziyan, fruits, aur whole grains. Thoda light or easily digestible foods lena better hota hai.
Herbs ki baat karein, toh kanchnar guggulu hoti hai jo specific cysts ke liye beneficial hoti hai. Isko tablet form me yoga instructor ya certified vaidy sahab ki guidance me lena safe hota hai. Lekin self-medication nahi karni aapko iske bina.
Din bhar mein kuch minutes relaxation ke bhi dedicate kijiye. Yoga and pranayam se cyclic nature balance mein aata, which could be effective. Simple yoga like cat-cow stretch or butterfly can be soothing to reproductive organs.
Healthy lifestyle is equally important. Stress kam karne ke liye meditation waise bahut beneficial maani jati hai. Over-exhaustion se bhi bachein, aur fitted slept lein aap. Agar symptoms jaari rahti hain or badhte hain, toh thoda jald doctor se mil jana zaroori hai.
