Knee legment tear recovery - #4592

I fell down...nd my knee legment got tear...prob is I hav polio in my left leg...nd got hurt in the same leg...it's been 25 days I m on rest...still not able to walk...rest everything is fine...no pain no swelling...knee movement also like before...so want to ask is thr anything which can heal my knee legment fast

I m wearing braces from the 2nd day of injury...now I started walking on walker too ..bt can't walk on my own...so wanted to ask..I m already taking meda lakdi nd aamba halad powder wid milk mng nd night...so is thr is other medicine too which I can take for tissues to repair little fast
