Medicinali Hingwastak Churna: ½ cucchiaino mescolato con 1 cucchiaino di Ghee di Mucca (Burro chiarificato). Dosaggio: Assumere questa miscela con il primo boccone del pranzo e della cena. Sarivadi Vati: 2 compresse due volte al giorno con acqua calda (dopo i pasti). Ashwagandharishta: 30ml mescolati con 30ml di acqua calda, due volte al giorno (dopo i pasti).

Terapia Esterna Karna Poorana (Oliatura dell’Orecchio): [Immagine della procedura karna poorana] Metodo: Prima di andare a letto, sdraiati sul fianco sinistro. Metti 2-3 gocce di Olio di Sesamo caldo (o Bilwadi Tailam) nel tuo Orecchio Destro. Rimani in questa posizione per 10 minuti, poi tappa leggermente l’orecchio con del cotone.

Consigli Alimentari e Stile di Vita Dieta: Evita Cibi Secchi e Freddi (Popcorn, cracker, insalate crude, bevande fredde). Questi aumentano la secchezza interna che causa sia il gonfiore addominale che il ronzio all’orecchio. Idratazione: Bevi solo acqua calda durante tutto il giorno. For bloating and rumbling belly: Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water Hingvastak churan 1tsp with buttermilk after lunch daily. For right ear ringing: Sarivadi ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Shilajit satva 1 drop in a cup of milk. Put sesame oil in your right ear on alternate day. Take castor oil and massage with your fingers arround your right ear. Do vigorously once daily. Do ear mouth exercise - 2-3 times daily . By filling your mouth with air and then pushing it towards ear , by keeping mouth closed.

Salve, Comprendo perfettamente la sua situazione. In generale, gonfiore persistente, stanchezza e acufeni continui possono essere piuttosto fastidiosi e influire sulla routine quotidiana. Tuttavia, non c’è bisogno di preoccuparsi, poiché disponiamo di rimedi per gestire questi sintomi in modo naturale e delicato.

IL SUO PROBLEMA

Lei riferisce di avere: Gonfiore e gorgoglii persistenti all’addome; Mancanza di energia; Acufeni continui/rumore forte nell’orecchio destro, descritto come un fruscio; I sintomi persistono da tempo.

Questo è un caso tipico di squilibrio Vata-Kapha con Agni mandya (debolezza del fuoco digestivo) negli Annavaha Srotas (canali digestivi) e Srotodushti che colpisce gli Shrotrendriyas (orecchie).

L’acufene, causa del rumore nell’orecchio, è spesso legato all’aggravamento di Vata, mentre la presenza di gas nello stomaco e la stanchezza indicano un peggioramento della digestione e l’accumulo di tossine (Ama).

TERAPIA INTERNA (Per alleviare gonfiore, affaticamento e acufeni)

1. Triphala Churna – ½ cucchiaino con acqua tiepida la sera (Aiuta a favorire una delicata pulizia intestinale e stimola la digestione)

2. Himalayan Shankhpushpi Churna – ½ cucchiaino con latte tiepido la sera (Armonizza Vata, migliora le funzioni nervose e può contribuire a ridurre gli acufeni)

3. Trikatu Churna – ¼ di cucchiaino dopo i pasti con acqua tiepida (Aiuta la digestione e riduce la sensazione di gonfiore)

4. Ashwagandha Churna – ½ cucchiaino la sera con latte tiepido (Dona energia al corpo, allevia la stanchezza e riequilibra Vata)

TERAPIE ESTERNE / RIMEDI CASALINGHI

1. Impacco caldo sull’addome / delicato massaggio addominale con olio di sesamo caldo – 10-15 minuti al giorno → Allevia la distensione addominale e migliora la digestione.

2. Massaggio auricolare (intorno al padiglione auricolare e alla base del cranio) con poche gocce di olio di sesamo o di cocco caldo – una volta al giorno → Contribuisce a pacificare Vata e quindi a ridurre gli acufeni. RIMEDI CASALINGHI

1. Acqua con cumino e semi di ajwain – 1 tazza dopo i pasti per ridurre il gonfiore addominale;

2. Tè caldo allo zenzero – 1-2 tazze al giorno per stimolare la digestione;

3. Semi di finocchio – masticare dopo i pasti per alleviare il gonfiore;

4. Evitare un eccessivo consumo di caffeina, rumori forti e lunghe esposizioni agli schermi per prevenire lo stress auricolare.
