Aap jo bata rahe hain usme 3 baatein saaf dikh rahi hain. Din mein tanav theek se na aana, size aur firmness ka kam mehsoos hona, aur baar-baar bathroom jaana (har 3 ghante mein 3 -4 baar). Upar se tanav zyada hai aur 6 mahine se problem chal rahi hai, iska matlab ye sirf ek temporary weakness nahi hai.

Ayurved ke hisaab se isko hum Vata-Pitta prakop ke saath Shukra dhatu aur Mutravaha srotas ki kamzori ke roop mein dekhte hain. Zyada stress se Vata badhta hai, jis se nerve signal weak ho jata hai, blood flow proper nahi hota, aur erection sustain nahi ho pata. Baar-baar peshab aana batata hai ki bladder aur prostate area mein bhi weakness ya irritation hai, ya sugar imbalance ho sakta hai.

Is type ki condition mein sirf taqat ki dava lene se fayda nahi hota. Root cause ko treat karna zaroori hota hai.

Ashwagandha churna 1/2 chamach garam doodh ke saath Raat ko sone se pehle

Chandraprabha vati 1 tablet garam paani ke saath din mei do baar Kaunch beej churna 2 gram shahad ke saath Khane ke baad din mein 2 baar

Gokshuradi guggulu 1 tablet, subah-shaam Agar urine bahut zyada aata hai aur burning ya urgency ho

Ye combination nerve strength, blood circulation, hormonal balance aur bladder control teeno pe kaam karta hai. Size aur firmness ka jo issue hota hai, wo dheere-dheere improve hota hai, 10–15 din mein nahi.

Tanav aur frequent urination (baar-baar bathroom jaana) ke liye apne kuch prakar ke hidayat pe dhyan dena zaroori hai. Ayurveda ke mutabik, yeh dono lakshan vata aur pitta dosha ke asamtulan ke karan ho sakte hai. Tanav ko kam karne ke liye, apni dincharya ko vishramdaai aur shant rakhna zaroori hai. Rojana kuch samay pratyaharatmak kriyayen jaise pranayama - anu kumbhaka aur chandrabhedana pranayama, 15-20 minute tak kisi shant sthaan mein karke dheere-dheere tanav ko niyantrit kar sakte hai.

Khane mein vata aur pitta ko santulit rakhne wale aahar ka prashasan karein. Uchit matra mein ghrita se tayar khaana, jaise ghee wali khichdi ya doodh, chaval, taze fal aur sabziyon ka sevan. Mirchi, namak aur turshi wali cheezein kam karein jo pitta ko prabhavit kar sakti hain. Bhringraj, ashagandha aur brahmi churna ko roz leb lein, yah tanav ko kam karne mein madadgar ho sakti hain.

Frequent urination ke liye, hingvastak churna chhachh ke saath lena pahle hafte mein faydemand hota hai. Jatamansi aur shatavari ka panak, din ke samay mambri karate hue pi sakte hein. Yeh liver aur kidney ke functions ko sudhanne me sahayak hote hain.

Agar samasya jyada gambhir hai, ya symptoms continue rahete hain toh kisi Ayurvedic vaidya se salah lena achhi baat rehti hai. Yeh bahut zaroori hai ki aap kisi bhi tibi aswata se avashya jachein, kyoki yeh vishay satarkta se dekhne aney baar midical dhyan ki zarurat bhi pachayin ho sakta hai.
