नमस्ते, मैं​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ आपकी तकलीफ महसूस कर सकती हूँ। बादी बवासीर में तेज दर्द के साथ जलन होना और शौच के समय अत्यधिक परेशानी होना तो भले ही कष्टदायक हो, मगर यह भी सच है कि यह परेशानी तब ज्यादा दुखदायी लगती है जब कई दवाओं के इस्तेमाल के बाद भी कोई आराम न हो।

आपकी समस्या (आयुर्वेद विचार)

तुम्हारे संकेतों के आधार पर: - बवासीर 1–6 महीनों से- मुख्य समस्या: तेज दर्द + शौच में कठिनाई- शौच नियमित है, फिर भी दर्द है

यह समस्या आयुर्वेद में मुख्य रूप से: - अपान वात का प्रकोप- पित्त दोष भी बढ़ने लगा है- मलद्वार क्षेत्र में शूल (दर्द), शोथ (सूजन) और संवेदनशीलता

👉 इसे शुष्क + वेदनायुक्त (Painful dry piles) अवस्था माना जाता है।

आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा योजना

आंतरिक औषधि (Internal Medicines)

1. अर्शकुठार रस– 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद, गुनगुने पानी से👉 दर्द, सूजन और बवासीर के मूल कारण पर कार्य करता है

2.त्रिफला चूर्ण– 1 चम्मच रात को सोते समय, गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ👉 मल को नरम करता है, बिना जोर लगाए शौच में मदद करता है

बाह्य उपचार (External Care – बहुत जरूरी)

1. जट्यादि तेल– शौच के बाद और देर रात सोने से पहले स्थानीय प्रयोग

2 गुनगुने पानी से Sitz Bath– दिन में 2 बार, 10–15 मिनट👉 दर्द और जलन में तुरंत राहत

आयुर्वेदिक आहार और जीवनशैली (बहुत जरूरी)

– ज्यादा से ज्यादा गुनगुना पानी – सुबह खाली पेट 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी– घी – 1 चम्मच रोज– फल: पपीता, नाशपाती, अंजीर (भीगा हुआ)

बादी बवासीर में मस्से के अंदर खून कम होता है, सूखापन और सूजन ज्यादा रहती है, इसलिए दर्द बहुत होता है। इस अवस्था में हमारा उद्देश्य होता है दर्द कम करना, सूजन घटाना, मल को नरम करना और गुदा की त्वचा को heal करना।

1. कंकायन वटी 2 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी से 2. त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 छोटा चम्मच रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ 3. अभयारिष्ट 15 ml रात को भोजन के बाद बराबर पानी मिलाकर 4. एरण्ड तेल 1 छोटा चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध में, हफ्ते में 3 दिन 5. जट्यादि तैल सुबह-शाम और शौच के बाद हल्के गुनगुने पानी से साफ करके गुदा पर लगाएँ

सुबह शौच के बाद 10 मिनट गुनगुने पानी का सिट्ज़ बाथ करें। इसमें थोड़ा सा सेंधा नमक या नीम पत्तों का काढ़ा मिला सकते हैं। इससे दर्द और सूजन दोनों कम होते हैं।

शौच के समय जोर बिल्कुल न लगाएँ। मोबाइल लेकर बैठने की आदत हो तो तुरंत बंद करें।

तीखा, बहुत मसालेदार, फ्राइड, मैदा, बेकरी, चाय-कॉफी, शराब से पूरी तरह परहेज दिन में 2 -3 लीटर गुनगुना पानी भोजन में लौकी, तोरी, गाजर, चुकंदर, पपीता, अंजीर दलिया, मूंग दाल शामिल करें

रात को बहुत देर से खाना न खाएँ और खाने के बाद तुरंत लेटना नहीं

अगर आप चाहें तो सुबह खाली पेट 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी + 1 चम्मच घी भी ले सकते हैं, यह वात को शांत करेगा और शौच आसान करेगा

यह स्थिति ऑपरेशन की नहीं लगती, लेकिन 3 4 हफ्ते नियमित इलाज और परहेज ज़रूरी है। बवासीर में सबसे बड़ी गलती होती है दवा कुछ दिन लेकर छोड़ देना।
