Hello, Based on your history of irregular periods for 3–6 months, episodes of heavy bleeding, temporary control with Tranexamic acid, and a stressful lifestyle with little exercise, it is likely that your menstrual irregularity is related to ovulatory dysfunction rather than a structural problem (since bleeding stopped with medication).

About Hyponidd and ovulation (important clarification)

Hyponidd is NOT a direct ovulation-inducing medicine like hormonal tablets. However, it can indirectly help restore ovulation by: * Improving insulin sensitivity * Regulating hormonal imbalance * Supporting ovarian function * Reducing metabolic and stress-related cycle disruption

That is why your gynecologist advised it — to help your body ovulate naturally and bring back regular periods, not to force ovulation.

If ovulation resumes, periods usually return on their own.

🔎 Recommended Investigations (If not done in the last 3–6 months) 1. Pelvic Ultrasound – to assess ovaries and endometrial thickness 2. Thyroid Profile (TSH) – thyroid imbalance can disturb ovulation 3. Fasting Blood Sugar & Fasting Insulin – to rule out insulin resistance 4. Serum Prolactin 5. Hemoglobin – due to history of heavy bleeding

💊 Internal Medicines Phase 1 – 30 days (Cycle regulation + bleeding control + metabolic balance) 1. Hyponidd Tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after meals ✔ Continue as advised by your gynecologist 2. Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after meals 3. Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water 4. Ashwagandha Ghana Vati – 1 tablet at bedtime

Phase 2 – 60 days (Ovulation support + cycle regularity + stress correction) 1. Shatavari Tablet / Kalpa – 1 tablet twice daily 2. Lodhra Churna – ½ tsp with honey, twice daily after food 3. Guduchi / Giloy Satva – 500 mg twice daily → Supports endocrine balance and immunity

🌿 External & Supportive Therapies 1. Lower abdomen warm castor oil application 3–4 nights per week → Improves pelvic circulation 2. Abhyanga (oil massage) Sesame oil, 2× weekly

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid 1. Excess sugar, sweets, bakery items 2. Cold foods and drinks 3. Skipping meals 4. Late-night sleep 5. Excess caffeine ✅ Include 1. Warm, freshly cooked meals 2. Iron-rich foods – dates, jaggery, green leafy vegetables 3. Healthy fats – cow ghee, nuts, seeds 4. Adequate protein – dal, eggs, paneer 5. Warm water throughout the day

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga & Stress Management Asanas 1. Baddha Konasana 2. Malasana 3. Setu Bandhasana 4. Vajrasana after meals Pranayama 1. Anulom Vilom – 10 minutes daily 2. Bhramari – 7 rounds 3. Nadi Shodhana – daily

* Withdrawal bleeding may occur within 4–6 weeks * Natural ovulation may resume within 1–3 cycles * Cycle regularity improves with continued treatment * If periods do not return after 3 months, reassessment is needed Note : if you get periods while taking medicines …kindly stop the medicines during bleeding phase

Warm regards, Dr.Sumi MS(Ayu)

HYPONIDD IS NOT A DIRECT OVULATION INDUCING MEDICINE LIKE HORMONAL TABLETS, BUT IT CAN HELP OVULATION INDIRECTLY.IT WORKS BY IMPROVING HORMONAL BALANCE, OVARIAN FUNCTION, AND UTERINE HEALTH. WHEN PERIODS BECOME IRREGULAR DUE TO STRESS, HORMONAL IMBALANCE, OR RECENT HEAVY BLEEDING, OVULATION OFTEN STOPS TEMPORARILY. BY CORRECTING THIS INTERNAL IMBALANCE, HYPONIDD HELPS THE BODY RESTART ITS NATURAL CYCLE, AND OVULATION MAY RESUME ON ITS OWN.

TRANEXAMIC ACID STOPPED THE BLEEDING TEMPORARILY BUT DID NOT TREAT THE ROOT CAUSE. AFTER PROLONGED OR HEAVY BLEEDING FOR A FEW MONTHS, OVULATION COMMONLY GETS SUPPRESSED. SO YOUR GYNAECOLOGIST HAS ADVISED HYPONIDD TO NORMALIZE THE CYCLE AND SUPPORT NATURAL OVULATION.

HYPONIDD TAKES ONE TO THREE CYCLES TO SHOW RESULTS. IN THE FIRST MONTH, BLEEDING WILL BECOME LIGHTER OR PERIODS MAY BE DELAYED. BY THE SECOND OR THIRD CYCLE, WILL GET REGULAR PERIODS, WHICH IS A SIGN THAT OVULATION IS IMPROVING.

STRESS AND LACK OF EXERCISE CAN DELAY OVULATION FURTHER. DAILY WALKING, ADEQUATE SLEEP, AND SIMPLE STRESS REDUCTION PRACTICES. AVOID JUNK FOOD, EXCESS SUGAR, COLD FOODS, AND IRREGULAR MEALS AS THESE CAN DISTURB HORMONAL BALANCE.

AFTER THREE MONTHS OF REGULAR USE YOUR PERIODS DO NOT NORMALIZE, FURTHER TESTS LIKE ULTRASOUND OR HORMONE LEVELS MAY BE REQUIRED . FOR NOW, HYPONIDD IS A SAFE TO HELP YOUR BODY RESTORE OVULATION NATURALLY.

Hello, I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ understand. Irregular periods with heavy bleeding for the last 3 months and the need for Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding can definitely be a stressful and confusing situation, especially when the main intention is to restore ovulation and normal cycles.

YOUR CONCERN –A Glance

–Age: 34 years –Problem: Irregular periods + heavy bleeding –Duration: 3–6 months –Current situation: –Bleeding stopped with Tranexamic acid –Gynaecologist advised Hyponidd to help ovulation & periods –Lifestyle: Stressful, low physical activity

CAN HYPONOID HELP WITH OVULATION? (Direct Answer)

Hyponidd is NOT a drug that induces ovulation directly.

Hyponidd is in fact:

Hyponidd is an Ayurvedic anti-diabetic and metabolic regulator, mainly used for:

–Insulin resistance –Prediabetes / diabetes –PCOS with metabolic problems -=Hormonal imbalance related to sugar metabolism

👉 In that case, it only supports ovulation indirectly, if ovulation is also disrupted because of:

–Insulin resistance –Hormonal imbalance caused by PCOS –Weight or metabolic problems

WHY DOCTOR MAY HAVE PRESCRIBED HYPONID??

In many women: –Irregular bleeding + anovulation = hormonal imbalance –Frequently this condition is associated with insulin resistance, even if sugar values seem to be “normal”.

Hyponidd helps by:

–Improving insulin sensitivity –Regulating hormonal signals Allowing natural cycle rhythm with time

So, yes — it can be a source of indirect ovulation support, but it is not an ovulation-inducing drug such as clomiphene or letrozole.

WILL HYPONIDD HELP YOU GET PERIODS?

✔️ It may help regulate cycles gradually ❌ It will not give immediate periods ❌ It will not stop acute heavy bleeding

Consider Hyponidd as a medicine that corrects the cycle rather than one that offers a quick solution.

IMPORTANT POINTS

Having menstrual bleeding for several months is a sign of:

–Imbalanced hormones –Possibly anovulatory cycles –Sometimes uterine causes (fibroid, polyp, endometrial thickening)

👉 If the bleeding keeps recurring, Hyponidd alone will NOT be enough.

Safe Use of Hyponidd

–General Dosage 1 tablet two times a day –After meals –With plain water Evaluate the effect after 2–3 months.

What ELSE Is Needed to Restore Ovulation Proper ovulation is most of the time a combined approach situation:

Investigations (Very Important) If not done already: –Ultrasound pelvis –Thyroid (TSH) –Prolactin –Fasting insulin / sugar –HbA1c

LIFESTYLE CORRECTION

–Stress reduction (very important for ovulation) – Daily walking (30 minutes) –Regular sleep –Avoid junk & sugary foods –Stress alone can be an ovulation blocker even if medicines are taken.

Treatment focus should be:

–Stop abnormal bleeding –Regulate hormones –Restore ovulation gently

Hyponidd only one part of the process does.

Hyponidd does not directly induce ovulation –It can support ovulation indirectly in metabolic/hormonal imbalance –It works slowly, not immediately –Heavy bleeding needs separate evaluation –Lifestyle + stress management are essential

You are doing the right thing by asking questions and looking for clarity. In most cases, ovulation and regular menstruation can be achieved with the correct diagnosis, supportive medicines, and lifestyle changes.

Warm Regards – Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Hlo,

Hyponidd does NOT directly induce ovulation. - It is not an ovulation-inducing medicine like clomiphene or letrozole. However… 👇 - Hyponidd can help indirectly in some women by correcting hormonal imbalance, especially if: - Periods are irregular - Bleeding is abnormal - There is insulin resistance / PCOS-type picture - That may help cycles become more regular over time, and then ovulation may resume naturally.

🩸 About Your Bleeding & Tranexamic Acid- - Tranexamic acid only stops bleeding - It does not correct the cause - After stopping it, irregular or absent periods can still happen - Your doctor likely advised Hyponidd to: ✔️ Stabilize hormones ✔️ Reset the cycle naturally ✔️ Observe if spontaneous periods occur

Rule out some investigations with treatment - - USG pelvis - TSH (thyroid) - Prolactin - Hemoglobin - PCOS features If not done → Hyponidd alone is not enough.

💊 Usual Dose (if prescribed) - Hyponidd: 1 tablet twice daily after food - Minimum trial: 3 months

🧘 Lifestyle (Very Important for Ovulation) - 30 min brisk walking daily - Stress reduction (yoga, breathing) - Avoid sugar, refined carbs - Sleep before 11 pm

If bleeding is heavy just add- 1) ashkoarisht 15 ml + 15 ml Luke warm water after meal twice a day 2) lodharasav 15 ml + 15 ml Luke warm water after meal twice a day 3) shatavari churn 1 tsf with warm milk after meal twice a day

Dr. Soukhya Hiremath
I am Dr Soukhya, completed my BAMS degree under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, and sometimes I still can’t believe how fast that year of full-time practice went by… feels like I m still figuring small things while already handling so many female disorders and skin related conditions every day. I work mostly with Ayurveda treatments for gynic cases, hormonal ups-and-downs, chronic skin troubles and a few other things that always need more gentle hands than people expect. I am practicing for a year now, but honestly the learning kind of never stop, each patient shows something new… sometimes I even pause thinking “wait, did I explain that right” and then go again with more clarity. My focus stays on understanding the root-cause, balancing doshas properly, and giving care that feel practical not over complicated. I treated many gynic issues, from irregular cycles to pregnency related discomforts, and a lot of cosmetology concerns too (acne, pigmentation and stuff that people get worried about really quickly!). I am also running offline yoga classes for pregnant women and others too… it started simple but grew into this small supportive space where I see how much differnce breathing and mindful movement makes. Sometimes the schedule gets messy, or I m not sure if the batch timing was perfect, but the sessions still turn meaningful. Ayurveda, yoga, routine corrections — all these tie together in my approach. I try to keep things straighforward, even if my notes get a bit scattered here and there or a comma miss somewhere, but the intention stays steady: help people feel better with methods that respect body’s natural healing.

I understand your concern

Regarding Hyponidd, it is important to know that it is not a direct ovulation inducing medicine. It does not work like hormonal tablets such as clomiphene used in allopathy. Hyponidd is an Ayurvedic formulation mainly used to correct insulin resistance, early PCOS tendencies, metabolic imbalance and hormonal dysregulation. It supports the body’s natural hormone signalling rather than forcing ovulation.

In your case, you have had heavy bleeding for the last three months, which was temporarily controlled with Tranexamic acid. Tranexamic acid only stops bleeding,it does not treat the underlying cause. When there is prolonged or heavy bleeding, ovulation often gets suppressed because the body’s hormonal axis becomes disturbed. So right now, the primary problem is cycle instability and hormonal imbalance rather than lack of ovulation alone.

This is why your gynaecologist as advised Hyponidd. Hyponidd helps when ovulation is disturbed due to functional causes such as stress, hormonal imbalance, early PCOS patterns or insulin related issues. By improving metabolic balance and hormonal communication, ovulation may resume naturally over time. So yes, Hyponidd can help ovulation indirectly, but it is not a fast or guaranteed triggering ovulation

when bleeding is heavy or prolonged, the uterus and endometrium need time to settle and stabilise first. If ovulation is pushed aggressively without correcting this instability, there is a higher chance that irregular cycles or heavy bleeding can return.

Acc to ayurveda, this condition usually involves both Vata and Pitta imbalance. Vata causes irregularity and hormonal fluctuation, while Pitta leads to excessive bleeding. Stress aggravates both these doshas, and you mentioned that your lifestyle is stressful with little exercise, which strongly fits this pattern.

You can continue Hyponidd as advised by your gynaecologist, but you should view it as a medicine for cycle regulation and hormonal balance, not as an instant ovulation pill. It usually needs at least two to three months to show proper results.

At the same time, stress management is important . Without reducing stress and regulating sleep and routine, even the best medicine will act slowly. If bleeding restarts or becomes heavy again while taking Hyponidd, consult the gyneac.Avoid self medicating with ovulation boosters at this stage. Prefer warm, cooked food, reduce spicy, sour and fried items, avoid late nights and minimise screen exposure at night.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Akshay Negi
I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Atul Painuli
I am Vaidya Atul Painuli, currently working as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Delhi... been here a while now. My focus from the start—over 10+ yrs in this field—has been to stay true to what Ayurveda *actually* is, not just surface-level remedies or buzzwords. I’ve treated a wide mix of patients, from people battling chronic illnesses to those just looking to fix their lifestyle before it leads to disease (which is v underrated tbh). During these years, I kinda shaped my practice around the idea that one solution never fits all. Whether it’s diabetes, gut disorders, stress-related problems or hormone issues—everything goes back to the root, the *nidana*. I usually go with classic Ayurvedic meds, but I mix it up with Panchakarma, diet tweaks and daily routine correction, depending on the case. Most of the time, ppl don’t even realize how much their habits are feeding into the problem. It’s not just about herbs or massages... though those are important too. At Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I see patients from literally all walks of life—office-goers, elderly, even young kids sometimes. Everyone’s got something diff going on, which keeps me grounded. What I try to do is not just treat the symptoms but help ppl *see* what’s happening in their bodies and minds. Like Ayurveda says—if your digestion, sleep and emotions are off... then eventually health’s gonna wobble. I don’t promise quick results but I do stay with my patients through the process, adjusting things based on how they respond. That part makes a big difference I think. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a “last resort” kinda thing—it’s a system that can prevent 80% of the lifestyle diseases ppl suffer from today, if done right. My goal? Just to keep doing this in a way that feels real, grounded, and actually helps ppl—not overwhelm them with too much jargon or fear. Just practical, clean, honest healing.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.
