When Agni is very weak,these substances do not kindle digestion ,Instead, they irritate the gut, push partially digested food into the colon, increase dryness, and aggravate Vata .That is why instead of lightness you are getting gas, bloating, and constipation.
For some time, better to stop Hingwashtak churna and avoid taking ghee or any digestive herbs on an empty stomach. In the morning, take warm water and allow the digestive system to wake up naturally. Fat and strong spices should only be taken along with food,.

Fruits like pest, apple can be steamed/cooked and can be taken. 6. Consume freshly prepared warm food as much as possible 7. Avoid refrigerated and processed food
Just before having your breakfast, lunch and dinner take one teaspoon of fresh ginger juice mixed with honey and few drops of lemon juice.

THAT RESULTS IN GAS TRAPPED IN THE INTESTINE AND HARD STOOL. THE SAME LOGIC APPLIES TO CUMIN TEA AND EVEN GHEE IN THE MORNING. GHEE IS NORMALLY EXCELLENT FOR VATA, BUT ONLY WHEN AGNI CAN DIGEST FAT. WHEN AGNI IS WEAK, GHEE BECOMES HEAVY AND BLOCKING.
