It seems you're facing challenges with conception. After a miscarriage and months of trying, consulting a gynecologist and getting appropriate tests is essential. Get all your necessary tests and scans re done along with hormonal assessments. Ayurvedic Support: Herbs like Shatavari, Ashwagandha, and Gokshura are recommended to balance hormones and enhance fertility. Treatment procedures like Uttarbasti, Basti enhance the fertility quotient. Diet and Lifestyle: Focus on a nutritious diet, reducing stress, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Avoid excessive cold or raw foods, which can impair fertility in Ayurveda.

I hear ya, it's really tough and frustrating when you’re trying to conceive and things don't go as planned. What's happening maybe related to a few factors at play. Without knowing all your details, here's my perspective from an Ayurvedic viewpoint. First off, let's take a closer look at your lifestyle and diet, as these are super important in Ayurveda for boosting fertility health. Make sure to consume foods that enhance your reproductive health, agni (digestive fire) and communicate warmth to your doshas. Warm, cooked meals are generally easier to digest and can aid your body's ability to support pregnancy. Incorporate foods like ghee, nuts, sesame seeds, dates, and almonds in your diet – these are great. Avoid processed and canned foods, as they may disrupt balance. For vata pacification – which might be heightened given your experience – consistency and routine are key. Try including more grounding activities in your day, like walking barefoot on grass or practicing gentle yoga. Addressing stress is also important, as it plays a definite role in reproductive health. Meditation, even if it's just for 5-10 minutes in the morning or evening, can help calm the mind. Herbal support like ashwagandha or shatavari could be beneficial, but it’s vital to speak with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting anything new, so it aligns with your specific constitution. If you’re feeling that anxiety or confusion, perhaps think about consulting with an Ayurveda specialist. They can give personalized guidence by considering your prakriti and any dhatu imbalances. Remember too, modern medicine has it's own place and sometimes complementary approaches offer the best of what both worlds have to offer. If there's anything pressing or concerning, definitely chat with a healthcare pro, alright? Try to be kind to yourself during this journey, okay?
