I have thyroid, pcos and hormones imbalance...My period cycle is irregular from last 8 years...HOW CAN I RECOVER IT .... PLEASE SUGGESTME ?... Which medicine should i take u recover this problem the root?

1.Hanspaadadi kwath 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Ashokarishta 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day. 3.kanchnaar guggulu 2-0-2 for chewing 4.shatavari choorna 1tsf with lukewarm milk twice in a day. 5.Tab. Aloes compound 1-0-1
