Doctors' responses

You cannot completely stop new blisters from forming—they usually appear over 3–5 days—but good skin care, symptom relief, and possibly early antiviral treatment can reduce discomfort and complications. Cool the body: Lukewarm baths with Neem or sandalwood, apply aloe vera on blisters. Eat light, Pitta-pacifying foods: Rice, ghee, milk, fruits; avoid spicy, oily, sour foods. Stay hydrated and rest. Prevent scratching: Keep nails short, wear soft cotton clothes. Herbs: Neem, Tulsi, Licorice can help calm the heat and support immunity. The rash will heal naturally if the body is cooled, nourished, and rested.
