1️⃣ First Important Question Are these rashes: Painful with pus? (like boils) Itchy red patches? Crusting around nose? Recurrent inside nostrils? Because causes differ: 🔹 Recurrent bacterial skin infection (Staph) 🔹 Fungal infection (very common & misdiagnosed) 🔹 Nasal vestibulitis (infection inside nostrils) 🔹 Allergic/autoimmune condition 🔹 Diabetes-related recurrent infection 🔹 Low immunity or nutritional deficiency Creams alone will not cure if bacteria are colonizing internally. 2️⃣ Very Common Hidden Cause: Nasal Staph Colonization Many people carry Staphylococcus bacteria inside the nose. It spreads to: Face Skin Rashes Boils And keeps recurring. If this is the case, doctors usually prescribe: Nasal antibiotic ointment (like mupirocin) Short oral antibiotics Antiseptic washes Without treating nasal colonization, it keeps returning. 3️⃣ Check These Things Immediately Since it is recurring for 6+ months: ✔ Blood sugar (very important) ✔ CBC ✔ Vitamin D ✔ IgE (if allergic tendency suspected) ✔ Skin swab culture (if pus present) Undiagnosed diabetes is a very common cause of recurrent infection. 4️⃣ Do NOT Keep Using Random Creams Repeated topical steroid creams can: Suppress symptoms Worsen fungal infection Thin skin Make infection chronic This is very common. 5️⃣ How to Clear Recurrent Bacterial Infection Properly Step 1: Confirm diagnosis Get a doctor to: Examine rash Do culture if needed Step 2: Treat internal source If bacterial: Proper full course oral antibiotics (not half course) Nasal treatment if colonized Step 3: Improve immunity Protein intake adequate Vitamin D correction Good sleep Manage stress Control blood sugar 6️⃣ About the Swollen Nose If nose is swollen: Is it painful? Is there crusting? Fever? This could be: Nasal vestibulitis Cellulitis Allergic swelling If nose swelling is persistent → you should see a doctor urgently. 7️⃣ Red Flag – Seek Medical Care Immediately If: Fever Severe facial swelling Vision changes Spreading redness Severe pain 8️⃣ Important: It May Not Be Bacterial Many chronic rashes are: Fungal Eczema Rosacea Autoimmune Seborrheic dermatitis Using antibiotic cream repeatedly won’t fix these.

HELLO, Since this is chronic (6+ months), recurrent rashes + nasal swelling, Ayurveda sees this as -rakta dushti (impure blood) -pitta kapha imbalance -weak digestion leading to toxin accumulation Topical cream won’t fix the root, you need internal correction INTERNAL DETOX MORNING EMPTYSTOMACH -1 tsp neem powder in warm water OR -15 ml neem juice AFTER MEALS twice daily -MAHAMANJISTHADI KASHAYA= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals AT NIGHT -Triphala churna = 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime DURATION= minimum 6-8weeks 2) REDUCE RECURRENCE (boost immunity and clear hidden infection ) -GUDUCHI GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals -Turmeric + black pepper in warm water daily These Reduce inflammatory flare ups and bacterial tendency 3) FOR NASAL SWELLING DAILY -2 drops of Anu taila in each nostril daily morning -steam inhalation with turmeric + ajwain 3-4 times/week Avoid cold food, curd at night, iced drinks DIET -warm, simple food -moong dal -lauki, tinda, neem leaves if tolerable -plenty of warm water AVOID -fried food -sugar -bakery -fermented food -excess dairy WHEN IT KEEPS COMING BACK Chronic recurrent infection often indicates -hidden sinus infection -fungal bacterial mix -or stop colonisation In nose TIMELINE -2 WEEKS= reduction is swelling -4 WEEKS= fewer rashes -8 WEEKS= recurrence pattern reduces DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
