With a WBC count of 23,000, diabetes, liver problems, and pneumonia, she is in a critical state that requires intensive modern medical care. n sepsis, antibiotics, fluids, oxygen, and ICU monitoring are the primary life‑saving treatments. Ayurveda can play a supportive role after stabilization, but it is not a substitute for ICU care. Gentle Supportive Measures (only if doctors allow)* Warm water sips — to prevent dehydration. Coriander seed water or Guduchi (Giloy) decoction — mild, immune‑supportive, liver‑friendly. Turmeric milk (very diluted) — anti‑inflammatory, but only if digestion tolerates. External care: gentle oil massage of feet and hands with sesame or coconut oil for comfort (not internal medicines).

AT THIS STAGE ITS BETTER TOANAGE AT ICU SETUP ONCE SHE RECOVERS WE CAN ADD MEDICINES FOR SUPPORT
–A WBC (white blood cell count) of 23,000 is high and usually means the body is fighting a severe infection. In sepsis, this is common. - at this condition strong antibiotics will help. Given ayurveda medicine at this time can interact with other treatment. ---- continue with allopathic as prescribed or continue with present treatment, too much medicine can affect liver also. - after discharge, consult again— ayurveda will give supportive treatment.
HELLO, I’m very sorry your mother is going through this. Sepsis with WBC 23,000 ICU admission, diabetes, liver problem, and pneumonia is a life-threatening emergency. At this stage, ICU treatment with antibiotics, oxygen/ventilation, IV fluid, and monitoring is absolute essential and cannot be replaced by Ayurveda Please do not start any ayurvedic mediicne without the ICU doctor approval, especially with liver disease and sepsis. Many herbs can stress the liver or interfere with medications Supportive ayurvedic treatment will be given only once she is stable and allowed oral intake after proper examination Just advice to have warm water with fresh drops go ginger juice Right now, Trust ICU care Control blood sugar strictly Prevent further infection Focus on nutrition when she can eat Ayurveda can help more after stabilization, not during critical septic shock phase THANK YOU WISHING HER A SPEEDY RECOVERY
Your mother has sepsis. It is a serious infection. ICU treatment is correct WBC 23,000 means high infection Do NOT give any home or Ayurvedic medicine now ICU doctors are giving the correct treatment
This stage is of emergency stage and severe sepsis is there. It must be resolved first with the help of IV antibiotics and other support being given in the ICU. Once she steps down from ICU to wards then we can plan for the treatment. But currently let the care be continued in ICU. Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh
