Stomach Infection with Skin Rashes and Fever - #51271

I had stomach infection last week ,but I found with this infection I have got rashes on my skin which are very itchy and spots are very hot to touch . then I have fever also with throat infection.I am feeling shivers time to time . what is going on . I am suffering for the lmore than last week
