Hello, I have laparoscopic gallbladder surgery 10 months ago before that I got typhoid exactly 2 months ago , now having night fall problem can I take ayurvedic medicine and also has anxiety fear panic attack .

Helps relaxation and better sleep. - External / Lifestyle Self-massage: Light oil massage for 10–15 min before bath daily. Sleep: Go to bed before 11 PM, empty bladder before sleep, avoid late-night screens. Diet: Light, easily digestible meals; avoid oily, fried, and very spicy foods. - Yoga / Breathing: Alternate nostril breathing 5–10 min daily Simple postures like sitting or lying relaxed Duration: 6–8 weeks, then review.
