Hello I get how annoying and stressful these urine problems can be. A weak stream, feeling like you can’t empty your bladder all the way, dribbling, burning, and tummy pain—that sounds like more than just a regular urine infection. Looks like something’s blocking things up and causing inflammation in your urinary tract YOUR CONCERN Main issues: –Cloudy urine –Weak pee stream –Dribbling after you pee –Slight burning feeling –Sometimes lower tummy pain AYURVEDA VIEW This is called Mutrakrichha + early Mutraghata. It happens because: –Vata makes your bladder weak –Kapha is blocking things at your prostate/bladder neck –Pitta makes you burn and causes cloudy pee So urine can’t flow right and it’s irritating the bladder. AYURVEDA PLAN OF TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Chandraprabha Vati – Take 2 pills, two times a day 2.Gokshuradi Guggulu – Take 2 pills, two times a day 3.Varunadi Kashayam– 15 ml with same amount of water, two times a day These should: –Make urine flow better –Bring down swelling –Clear up infection –Make your bladder strong FOOD & HABITSAVOID –Tea, coffee –Alcohol –Hot food –Greasy food –Icy drinks ✅INCLUDE –Coconut water –Barley water –Pumpkin seeds –Hot water Never hold your urine WHEN YOU’LL FEEL BETTER –Burning goes down in 5–7 days –Stream gets better in 2–3 weeks –Dribbling stops in 4–6 weeks Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
