Hello Thanks a bunch for laying out your symptoms so clearly. You’ve got a sharp sense of how your body reacts to stuff – noticing how bitter and spicy meds play around with your digestion and skin is spot on. YOUR CONCERN What’s bothering you: • Mushy, clingy stool • Feeling like a balloon • Red zits and skin flare-ups • Tummy troubles (weak digestion) What’s up with your doshas: –Pitta and Kapha are too high, messing with your digestion. What you’ve noticed: • Bitter + sour stuffHelps the skin, but makes for sticky poops • Spicy stuff: Gets your appetite going and reduces bloating, but the skin freaks out, and things get loose • Bitter + spicy together boom, everything’s cool… until you stop, then it’s back to square one Sounds like a mixed-up Kapha-Pitta situation with some gunk buildup. AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING It’s not just one dosha acting up – it’s more like: –Kapha jamming up your digestion + Pitta stuck in your blood and skin So: • Kapha’s behind the sticky poop and bloating • Pitta’s causing the acne and redness • Weak digestion lets them both hang around –Bitter meds clean out the Pitta from your blood –Spicy meds clear the Kapha from your gut You need both, but gotta get the amounts and balance right. The Right Bitter + Spicy Ayurveda Plan: 1. Mahatikta Ghrita1 teaspoon first thing in the morning with warm water What it does: • Clears Pitta from the skin • Gets rid of toxins in the blood • Kills inflammation that causes acne Plus, it keeps the bitter stuff from drying you out too much. 2. Trikatu Churna (Spicy) ¼ teaspoon before your meals What it does: • Fires up your digestion • Kicks bloating to the curb • Clears Kapha-related sticky poop But just a little bit, so it doesn’t make your Pitta angry. 3. Guduchi + Neem + Manjistha (Bitter Blood-Cleaning Squad) Take it as a tea or mix the churna and take ½ tsp twice daily after your food What it does: • Keeps acne in check • Cools down the heat in your blood • Tames inflamed pimples 4. Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp at night Stops: • Pitta from getting too acidic • Spicy stuff causing loose motions DIET PLANINCLUDE • Rice • Moong dal • Ghee • Steamed veggies • Pomegranate • Buttermilk with roasted cumin ❌AVOID • Fried stuff • Cheese • Bakery treats • Eggs • Too much chili • Coffee Why do things go down when you stop the meds? Because the root issue is still kicking. This is a deep ama-pitta-kapha thing that needs at least 6–8 weeks of steady balance. Stopping too soon brings back: • Acne • Sticky poop • Bloating So, to wrap it up: You nailed it – bitter + spicy is the way, but it’s gotta be: • Easy does it • Well-balanced • Consistent With this plan, you can: – Get your digestion on track – Sort out your stools – Clear up your skin – Keep it from coming back No need for harsh stuff – just smart therapy that goes after the doshas. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Pitta kapha imbalance - semisolid motion, acne, bloating.Agni is mand.Cooling medicine further increase digestion problems but reduce acne.Agni stimulating medicine improve digestion hunger, reduce bloating but further loosens motion.Pls advice agni stimulating + grahi medicines.Don’t advise any ghee, bilwadi or musta

Cooling stuff helps with the acne and heat, but weakens your digestion even more. –Hot stuff helps your digestion, but makes the Pitta worse, leading to looser stools and more acne. So, we need something that boosts your digestion, binds things up, and calms Pitta down – it can’t just be hot or cold. And you’re right to stay away from ghee, bilwadi, and musta. I’ll keep that in mind when I make a plan for you. Here’s the plan We gotta do these three things at the same time: –Get your digestive fire going strong. –Firm up those stools. –Cool down the Pitta that’s causing the acne and burning. The Key Herbs for YOU These will fire up your digestion, bind you up, and chill out Pitta (no ghee, musta, or bilwa). 1.Kutaja Super binder, stops the runs, heals the gut 2.Ativisha Light, boosts digestion, cuts down on Kapha fermentation 3.Dhataki Heals the gut lining, firms up stools 4 Nagarmotha substitute → use Patha Anti-inflammatory, but doesn’t kill your digestion 5.Amalaki Keeps Pitta in check, but doesn’t cool down your digestion Your Custom Formula Morning (empty stomach) 1 Kutajghan Vati – 1 tablet 2 Amalaki Rasayan – 1 tsp With warm water Before meals (important) 1. Ativishadi Churna – ½ tsp Mix in warm water and drink (30 min before lunch and dinner) This will: – Get your digestion going – Stop the fermentation – Keep the bloating away – Not loosen your stools After meals 1. Dhatakyadi Kashayam – 15 ml + 15 ml warm water Twice daily This will: – Tighten up your gut lining – Stop the semi-solid stools – Heal the inflammation *For that acne WITHOUT messing up your digestion& Skip the cooling minerals and ghee. Take: Guduchi Satva – 500 mg twice daily After meals This will: – Reduce blood Pitta – Clear up acne – Without killing your digestion Kutaja + Ativisha + Dhataki is that rare combo. This will: – Firm up your stools – Clear up bloating – Bring back your appetite – Reduce acne – Get your digestion stable

You need mild, balanced bitter + pungent action daily , not strong single herbs. The 1-week success proves your gut responds very well when both are given together in proper proportion. ✓Recommended Medicine (safest long-term combo) Arogyavardhini Vati Contains both bitter (Kutki, Triphala) + pungent (Shunthi, Pippali, Marich) in perfect ratio Also has Tamra bhasma , gently kindles Agni without overheating Dose: 1 tablet morning + 1 tablet evening after food with warm water Duration: Safe for 2–4 months continuous and then reassess ✓Supportive (add if needed) Hingwashtak Churna – ½–1 tsp after lunch & dinner with warm water (extra pungent for bloating/gas) Kamdugdha Ras (plain) – 250 mg twice daily with cold water (if acne/burning flares again) ✓Diet (strict for 4–6 weeks) Only: thin moong khichdi + 1 tsp ghee, boiled lauki/pumpkin, pomegranate, thin buttermilk + roasted jeera Avoid completely: spicy/sour, fried, raw, heavy pulses, cold drinks, dairy (except ghee), late dinner ✓Daily Must-Do Vajrasana 10 min after every meal (reduces bloating & sticky stool) Warm water sip all day (2.5–3 L) Dinner before 7 PM Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
