Hello Samajh sakta hoon ki medicines ke baad pet aur zyada kharab ho jana bahut uncomfortable hota hai. Aapke case me antibiotics (Levofloxacin, Ornidazole) aur Albendazole ke baad gut flora disturb ho gaya hai, jiski wajah se gas, kabz, gud-gud awaaz, white coating on tongue aur burning in urine ho rahi hai. Sabse pehle focus gut ko heal karne par hona chahiye, na ki strong medicines par. Abhi aap yeh start karein: Triphala churna 1 tsp raat ko gune-gune paani ke saath Takra (buttermilk) me thoda bhuna jeera aur kala namak daal kar din me 1 baar Agar jalan zyada hai to Avipattikar churna ½ tsp subah khali pet Khaane me halka aur simple rakhein — moong dal khichdi, garam khana, thoda ghee zaroor lein. Cold drinks, spicy, fried aur heavy food bilkul avoid karein. Yeh condition temporary hai, 2–3 hafton me gut gradually balance ho jata hai agar aap simple routine follow karein.
