directly medicine lena sahi approach nahi hai. Yeh problem hormonal imbalance, stress, weight change, thyroid issue ya uterine cause se ho sakti hai. “Menosan” le sakte hain, lekin bina proper evaluation ke start karna avoid karein, kyunki har case me same medicine suitable nahi hoti. Pehle basic check karwayein: Hb (hemoglobin), Thyroid test, aur agar zarurat ho to ultrasound. Routine par dhyaan dein: Late nights avoid karein Stress kam karein Bahut zyada spicy, junk aur sour food avoid karein Ghar par: Subah jeera water (jeera ubaal kar) lena helpful hota hai hormonal balance ke liye. Agar cycles irregular continue rahe, tab: Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Lodhra churna – 1/2 teaspoon twice daily with water Yeh cycle ko regulate karne me help karega.
