Yes, you can take She Care juice during breastfeeding with very low dose especially since your baby is already 1.5 years old. PCOD is mainly due to Kapha-Vata imbalance with Agnimandya (low metabolism) and Artava dushti. Formulations like She Care juice help in regulating hormones, improving metabolism, and supporting menstrual cycles. Safety in breastfeeding: At 1.5 years, breast milk is not the sole nutrition, so mild herbal formulations are generally safe in low doses Advice: Take low dose initially (10–15 ml once daily after meals) Observe baby for any changes (loose motions, irritability, rashes) Avoid if it causes excess heat signs in you (acidity, mouth ulcers, heavy bleeding) Better Ayurvedic approach for PCOD while lactating: Focus on Agni deepan & Kapha balance: warm water, jeera-ajwain water Light, low-sugar diet; avoid dairy excess and heavy foods Gentle yoga + walking Prefer safer herbs like Shatavari (in moderation) if needed
