I am looking for some info about himalayan shilajit gold resin. I've been feeling really drained lately, like all the time and I've tried different thing but nothing seems to help. Then a friend mentioned this himalayan shilajit gold resin, said it’s like a miracle. Has anyone really used it? I mean, I read that it’s supposed to boost energy levels and yeah, I could use some of that right now. I don’t have the best diet either, so maybe that’s why I’m feeling run down. I’ve googled a lot but also saw it has minerals that could help with overall health? Just feels overwhelming. My friend swears by it, says it’s helped with their focus too which is kinda what I need while juggling work and everything. But, I’m a bit skeptical, I mean, is it too good to be true?
