Hey, dealing with loose motions, bloating, tiredness and weight loss can be really frustrating, definitely not fun. Let’s see if ayurveda might help you.
First thing - loose motion, in ayurveda, is often linked with an aggravated Vata dosha, which mess with the digestive fire—agni. When agni’s not at his best, the digestion’s off, and then you get the trots and feel drained all the time.
I’d say, check out some simple dietary tweaks. Try eating plain white rice and moong dal khichdi; they’re easy to digest. Bananas and apples might help too, they’re binding. Avoid spicy, oily and processed foods—those really do a number on digestion. And warm water or herbal teas like ginger tea can be soothing, keep sippin’ throughout the day.
For bloating, consider some herbal sidekicks like cumin, coriander and fennel seeds. You can mix them, a teaspoon each, boil in water and sip after meals. It might sound a bit odd, but hey, it works.
You’d wanna load up on rest, as it helps the body rejuvenate. And, maybe avoid really strenuous exercise for now. A light walk or some calming yoga postures would be perfect.
Dealing with weight loss? That might be the body’s way of saying it’s not handling food properly. In ayurveda, stabilizing digestive fire—agni is key. Once the stomach is happy, the rest tends to follow. Consider a pinch of trikatu powder (ginger, black pepper and long pepper) in honey, before meals, to balance agni.
If things don’t look up or get worse, it might be necessary to chat with a doc – just to be on the safe side. Ayurveda works best alongside modern medicine sometimes, you know?
Hope this gives you a bit of direction. Feel better soon!
