Good evening. I want to loose weight in a healthy way. As my bmi is around 30. What should be my meal plan .

Diet Advice (Pathya): -Start morning with warm water + lemon. -Breakfast: Moong dal chilla, vegetable poha, or millet porridge. -Lunch: ½ plate vegetables, ¼ plate dal/beans, ¼ plate millet roti or brown rice. -Dinner: Light meal before 7:30 PM – vegetable soup, khichadi, or sautéed vegetables with dal. -Increase: Green leafy vegetables, salads, sprouts, barley (yava), millets. -Avoid: Sugar, sweets, bakery items, fried foods, soft drinks, excess rice, and refined flour. -Use dairy alternatives if dairy intolerant. ----Medicines 1) Tab. Medohar Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily after meals with warm water. 2) Triphala Churna – 5 g at bedtime with warm water. ----Lifestyle: Brisk walking 45 minutes daily. -Yoga: Surya Namaskar, Kapalabhati, and Anulom-Vilom. -Sleep 7–8 hours; avoid daytime sleeping.
