Premature ejaculation (PE) can be managed safely, even with a history of bypass surgery, using Ayurvedic and natural methods. Ayurveda views PE as an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to poor control and lack of stamina. Stress, anxiety, and weak reproductive tissues can worsen the issue. Since you have a heart condition, focusing on gentle, natural approaches is best.

Lifestyle and Diet: Balanced Diet: Eat warm, nourishing foods like ghee, milk, almonds, walnuts, and dates to strengthen reproductive tissues. Avoid: Spicy, oily, and processed foods. Limit caffeine and alcohol. Hydration: Drink adequate water and herbal teas like Ashwagandha or Shatavari tea. Exercise: Practice light exercises like walking and yoga to improve circulation.

Medication Support: Ashwagandha: Known for reducing stress and improving stamina. Take 1 tsp with warm milk before bed. Gokshuradi guggulu - 1 tablet twice at 6 am & 6 pm. Tab Charak Neo - 0-0-1 after meals

Stress Management: Practice meditation and deep breathing (Anulom Vilom) to reduce anxiety. Oil Massage (Abhyanga) using warm sesame oil on the body can calm nerves. Sexual Techniques: Practice the Start-Stop Technique or Kegel Exercises to improve control over ejaculation. Engage in open communication with your partner about preferences and comfort.

Follow this protocol for 3 months altogether.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Given your history with heart surgery and your current issue with premature ejaculation, it’s important to approach your sexual health in a holistic and safe manner. To better understand your situation:

1. How often do you experience premature ejaculation, and are there any specific triggers or stressors that seem to worsen it? 2. How is your overall health, including diet, physical activity, and mental well-being, since your bypass surgery? 3. Are you currently on any medications for heart health, and have you discussed sexual health concerns with your doctor?

Avoid: Fried, spicy, and heavy foods ,Excessive caffeine and alcohol Processed and junk food Practice slow and deep breathing (Pranayama) daily Engage in foreplay and relaxation techniques to prolong performance Regular walking & light exercise for overall well-being

This approach is safe for heart health and helps improve sexual stamina naturally.

Premature ejaculation can be a tough situation, especially when you’re worrying about your heart too. Good news, though, Ayurveda may offer some natural ways to help with that, while also keeping your heart health in mind.

First off, let’s talk about diet. Eating heavy, spicy or oily foods isn’t ideal, it might even make things worse. Instead, try more cooling foods like rice, milk, and ghee. Pumpkin seeds are also good! They’re full of zinc which helps in sexual function. Have you tried dates or figs? They’re supposed to be good for stamina. Oh, and saffron in warm milk is a traditional thing for strength.

When it comes to lifestyle, slowing down is key. Stress often make things worse, maybe try meditation. Just a few minutes of deep breathing every day can do wonders. It’s said to help calm the mind and the body, both super important in Ayurveda.

You might have heard about Ashwagandha and Shatavari? They’re herbs often used to promote vitality. But here’s the catch, always chat with your cardiologist before starting any herb, considering your bypass history.

Another option is Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic self-massage using warm sesame oil. It’s relaxing and might help boost circulation. Daily walks in the morning sunlight, they’re good for both heart health and health in general.

Communication with your wife is super important too. Emotional intimacy and understanding can help alleviate anxiety, giving you more confidence.

Remember, your heart health comes first! Stay in touch with your doctor, and maybe they can guide you on safely incorporating these practices into your routine. If anything, urgent or uneasy comes up, seek medical help right away. Your health is more important than embarrassment or hesitation.
