Prefer for surgery. It looks like you are getting infection and if it continues you may get severe urinary tract infection.
There is a method , put Coconut oil on the tip of penis allow to soften, slowly try to retract the foreskin back wards, need to do it slowly,if painful stop May be this method takes longer time and need confidence and courage If cannot do it , need to see urologist for evaluation
HELLO BHARGAV, I understand your concern, it sounds like mild to moderate phimosis- when the foreskin is too tight to fully pull back over the head of penis. that rubber band ring you mentioned is likely the tight part of foreskin
now for mild to moderate case, surgery is not the first step- try some natural remedies
1) GENTLE STRETCHING- do this daily after warm water bath gentle pull the foreskin back as far as it goes without pain- hold for 30 sec to 1 min - repeat few times be consistent do this for 4 to 8 weeks to see difference 2) SHATDHAUTA GHRITA OR JATYADI TAILA- apply on foreskin area gentle massage it 2-5 min it helps soften the skin and promote healing if not this then cow ghee or coconut oil is also best option 3) warm water soaking - sit in lukewarm water for 10 min daily-add neem leaves in it after soaking try gentle stretching 4)also can apply paste of manjistha churna+ lodra churna+ daruharidra with few drops of water or ghee apply at only tight ring outside only- leave for 10 min and wash off
internally take gandhak Ramayana- 1 tab twice daily after meals- 21 days triphala guggulu - 1 tab twice daily after food drink plenty of water avoid masturbation
if after 4-6 weeks of following this, there is no change, or if you feel pain, infection signs are then, then do not delay so to urologist might suggest circumcision or preputioplasty
thank you hope this might be helpful
Hello Bhargav
" NO NEED TO WORRY "
" I will help u to get recover in Phimosis condition Best Possible way "
UR CONCERNS
U have tight foreskin when u pull your foreskin with Luke warm water you see the head of penis but see the rubber band type structure beyond which I can’t stretch more
MY ASSESSMENT
This suggests U have Mild to Moderate type of Phimosis Also it’s showing signs of Infections
SOLUTION:- 3 WAYS ARE THERE IN FRONT OF US
1.Self Foreskin Manipulation by Techniques I suggest need few days 2.Local Physician assisted Foreskin Manipulation under Anaesthetic Gels Stepwise needs Few days 3.If No Possibilities of Manual Foreskin Manipulation then Circumcision ( Small Opd based Surgery with minimum invasion no complications) can be considered as Last Option
1) TECHNIQUES OF SELF FORESKIN MANIPULATION BY URSELF
1.Gentle Self Streching Method
Step 1 - Warm water loosens the foreskin and retracting the foreskin becomes easier.
Step 2 - Apply Castor Oil / Olive Oil over Foreskin The thick and viscous nature of castor oil nourishes the foreskin and aids easier retraction.
Step 3 - Start Gentle Push Back try and gently pull back the foreskin to bring it to the original position Pull back to pain limit Hold it for 30 sec to 1 Mins and leave.Again Start this procedure.Do at least 2 Sitting per day in different time.Follow this for few weeks u will see improvement
LUKE WARM FORESKIN IMMERSION Keep Foreskin immersed in Luke Warm Water for 5 mins so Becomes loose and easily get Manipulated
INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW
• Maintain Proper Urogenital Hygiene • Avoid Too Stretching • Avoid Forced Traction • Must Use Lubrication for Manipulation
2 ) TECHNIQUES OF PHYSICIAN ASSISTED FORESKIN MANIPULATION
BALLOON DILATION: A doctor or urologist may use a special device to gently inflate a small balloon under the foreskin, gradually stretching it. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is often used for more severe cases of phimosis.
3 ) CIRCUMCISION PREPUTIOPLASTY Small Minor OPD Based Operation with Minimal pain and quickly healing
AYURVEDIC TREATMENT TO AVOID SECONDARY INFECTION
• Tab.Triphala Guggulu Dhootapapeshwar Phrama 2 -0-2 After Food • Tab.Gandhak Rasayan ( Dhootapapeshwar Pharma) 2 -0-2 After Food • Himalaya Antiseptic Cream ( Himalaya Pharma) For Local Application

It sounds like you might be experiencing phimosis, a condition where the foreskin becomes too tight to be easily pulled back over the glans (head of the penis). In Ayurveda, phimosis can be linked to imbalances in the doshas, perhaps particularly Vata, which can affect the elasticity of tissues. Here are some Ayurvedic recommendations that could help, though it’s important to also consider consulting with a healthcare professional for a more comprehensive evaluation.
Firstly, incorporating Ayurvedic oils may aid in improving elasticity. You can try massaging the foreskin gently with sesame oil, known for its warming and moisturizing properties, that can calm the Vata dosha. Apply a few drops to the area twice daily, preferably after a warm bath when the skin is more supple. Take care to massage very gently to avoid any tearing or irritation.
Herbs also offer benefits. Ashwagandha, for instance, is revered for balancing Vata and supporting tissue health. It’s recommended to take it as a supplement – you might take powdered Ashwagandha (about 1 teaspoon) with warm milk before bedtime. Drinking good amounts of warm water throughout the day keeps the tissues hydrated, aiding flexibility.
Furthermore, maintaining a balanced diet can support skin health and overall wellness. Favor warm, oily, and nourishing foods to balance Vata. Include ghee and turmeric – both are anti-inflammatory and can support healing processes internally. Also, avoid excessive caffeine or dry, cold food items that may aggravate Vata.
Gentle stretching exercises are sometimes recommended, but should be approached with caution – it’s essential to avoid force or cause pain. If there is no improvement through these natural measures within a few weeks, or if you experience pain or other symptoms, consulting a healthcare provider for a more conventional evaluation would be wise, as surgical intervention can sometimes be necessary for relief. Always prioritize comfort, safety, and professional guidance where needed.
