1. Manjishtadi kashayam 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2. Khadirarishtam 10 ml twice daily just after heavy meals. 3. Krimighna vati 1-1-1 after food.

These medicines will detoxify your body and thus pimples will remove and gets clear skin.

For hairfall, we want to know about the hb level, thyroid profile, menstrual cycle, stress etc. Hairfall depends on somany conditions. You have said that tried some home remedies and didn’t worked. So we want to rule out the cause.

1) Bhringamalaki tail -ext apply massage for 10 min 2 times a day 2) Jeevamrita leha -1 tsf - after food 2 times day 3) Shudh shilajatu 250 mg+ saptamrit loha500mg+ bhringraj churna -3 gm– 2 time after food with honey and ghee

Prepare paste from turmeric and milk of Calotropis procera(madaar) , apply on the affected area. 2. Apply the paste prepared from turmeric & sandal wood with rose water. 3. Apply the paste of Terminalia Arjuna. 4. Make a paste of nutmeg (Jaiphal) with raw milk. First of all avoid excessive pittavardhak ahar vihar like too spicy, sour,salty food,oily food,sesame seeds etc…

And start taking these medications, 1.Narsimha rasayana 1tsf with lukewarm milk at bed time only. 2.Amalki choorna 1tsf with lukewarm water twice in a day. 3.Gandhak rasayana 1-1-1 4.Khadirarishta 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day.

*Apply paste of Neem’s BARK over your face and then wash it off with cold water.

*Massage your scalp with castor oil 4 times in aweek. *Massage your scalp with Nilibhringrajadi oil thrice in a week…

Follow up after 45 days…

My focus during & after graduation has always been on treating the patient not just the disease, and honestly that philosophy keeps guiding me even now. I usually see anywhere around 50 to 60 patients a day, sometimes more if there's a health camp or local rush. It’s hectic, but I kinda thrive in that rhythm. What matters to me is not the number but going deep into each case—reading every complaint, understanding symptoms, prakriti, current state, season changes etc. and putting together a treatment that feels “right” for that person, not just for the condition. Like, I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. I sit down, make case reports (yup, proper handwritten notes sometimes), observe small shifts, modify herbs, suggest diet tweaks, even plan rest patterns when needed. I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. The condition of hair and skin are indicators of our overall health.So, internal medicine and external treatment both are needed. Treatment - 1.Black sesame seed powder -100 gm Bhringraj churna -100 gm Amalaki rasayan -200 gms Mukta shukti-10 gms Tankan bhasma- 10 gms Mix all the medicines and make 60 doses. Take in the morning and evening before meal with water. 2. Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 3. Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week.

Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food. Yoga- Anulomvilom,Adhomukhashavasan, Uttanasan Lifestyle modifications - Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep. Firstly if u have dandruff it should be treated because dandruff is the main reason for hair fall and pimples. 1) dhurdhurapatradi taila external application for head leave for half an hour to 1 hour then wash it weekly 2 to 3 times. Everytime you take a head bath better to change the towel.

If no dandruff then better to follow the below medicines and lifestyle

Avoid processed food sugar spicy and sour foods, junk foods carbonated juices oil fried items.

Try to take one bowl of fruits everyday Take good amount of vegetables especially green leafy vegetables and drink a good amount of water.

If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.
