According to you condition it is view as instability of semen which is caused by imbalance of vata and Pitta dosha When vata aggravate it increase the moment or mobility factor while access Pitta can cause heat leading to discharge at night This condition will be managed by vrishya stambhan chikitsa Always favour cooling food like bottle guard ashgard milk ghee and sweet fruits like pomegranate and banana avoid excessive spicy and sir food at dinner time avoid caffeine alcohol and heavy non vegetarian meals at late night eat light dinner at least 2- 3 hour before sleep empty the bladder before going to bed Avoid sleeping on your back sleep on the side to reduce pressure practice Pranayam and shawasan before sleep regular exercise

Lifestyle & Diet Tips Empty the Bladder: Always urinate before going to bed. Cooling Foods: Incorporate bottle gourd, amla, and pomegranate. Avoid overly spicy, salty, or fermented “Ramasic” foods at night. Triphala Water: Wash your feet and eyes with cool water before sleep to calm the nervous system. For managing nocturnal emissions and strengthening the reproductive system, the following protocol is typically suggested: 1. Saraswatarishtam- Calms the mind and reduces anxiety/stress-related emissions. 20 ml with equal water, twice daily after food. 2.
