Agar aapko hamesha stomach problems ho rahe hain, jaise khana digest na hona aur bloating feel hona, toh Ayurveda mein kuch prabhavit remedies hain jo aapke digestion ko sudharne mein madad kar sakti hain. Triphala ek achha tonic hai jo digestion ko improve karta hai, aur aap raat ko garam pani mein ise le sakte hain. Ajwain aur ginger (adrak) bhi bloating aur gas ko door karte hain, aur aap inhe pani mein daal kar pee sakte hain. Hing aur jeera ka istemal bhi digestion ko boost karta hai. Aap hing ko pani mein milakar le sakte hain, aur jeera ko garam pani mein daal kar bhi peena faidemand hai. Aloe vera ka juice bhi digestion ko better karta hai aur stomach ke inflammation ko kam karta hai. Saath hi, apni diet mein light aur easily digestible foods shamil karen, aur small, frequent meals khayein. Garam paani peene se bhi digestion mein madad milti hai. Agar aapko in remedies ke baad bhi relief nahi milta, toh ek Ayurvedic practitioner se consult karna zaroori hai.

Lagta hai aapke digestive system me kuch imbalance ho raha hai, zyada mehtv to pet me agni ka hai jo khana pachata hai. Ayurveda me isse agni-mandya bhi kahte hai jab agni kamzor pad jati hai. Kuchy upay batata hoon jo aap apni zindagi me include kar sakte hain, baki agar probelm jaari rahe toh proper consultation lena faydemand rahega.

Pahla, khana khane se pehle thoda adrak ke tukde par namak laga ke khao. Ye agni ko prashant karne aur pachen kriya ko tez karne me madad karega. Yadi aap pitta prakrti ke hain toh dhyan rahe zyada na khao, halka sa bas.

Khaane ke baad thoda sa ajwain aur hing chini ke sath le le. Ye gas aur bloating mein kafi helpful hota hai. Browsing ke time pe ya waqt ke doran agar kahin busy hain, toh bhi iska dhyan rahe.

Acha hota agar aapne din ki shuruaat ek glass garam paani me thoda neembu aur shahad milake karein. Sardi hai agar toh ye impact ho sakta hai, toh garmiyon me hi lena behtar hai.

Diet me khichdi, dalia jise pachen me asani ho kuch din consume karein. Heavy aur oily khaane se bachen aur thoda-thoda baar-baar khao, poora bharta pete lag kar nahi khao, kyun ki wo agni ko bhaari laagsakta hai.

Jitna ho sake stres kam kare kyunki ye bhi digestive health pe asar dalta hai. Mediation ya deep breathing, it really help.

Garbh sanyasi cheezein jese soda, zaiada mirch masala aur taze khilane se bachne ki koshish karein kyunki ye bloating ko aur bhatta sakta hai.
