Now I want to dive deeper and learn more about the theory and principles behind Ayurveda, but I have no idea where to start. 😬 There seem to be so many classic texts like Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya, but I’m worried they might be too advanced or filled with complex Sanskrit terms I won’t understand.
