For the past year or so, I’ve been feeling off – getting tired way too fast, sometimes even feeling short of breath after just climbing a flight of stairs. I ignored it for a while, thinking it’s just because I’m getting older or maybe not exercising enough. In the end, for me it’s really about finding that balance for each person... not just patching the symptom. I think that’s where Ayurveda really shines.
