Hello Bharat, I understand the discomfort you’re experiencing with the burning and pain in your feet and hands, especially given your type 2 diabetes. Neuropathy due to diabetes can affect the nerves, leading to symptoms like burning, pain, and numbness. Ayurveda aims to address the root cause by balancing the doshas and improving circulation, digestion, and nerve health. While Gabapentin, Amitriptyline, and Cymbalta are common treatments for neuropathic pain, I would suggest looking at your overall health, including your blood sugar control, diet, and any signs of underlying imbalances. Could you share your recent blood sugar levels, HbA1c, and any other reports related to your diabetes management? Additionally, it would be helpful to know about your current diet, lifestyle, and any other health issues that could be influencing your symptoms.
