Muniba, Grade 3 Endometriosis with past surgeries and a failed IVF attempt indicates a need for a long-term hormonal balance, pain relief, and fertility support approach. Your left ovarian hemorrhagic cyst (4.6 mm) and painful cycles suggest ongoing inflammation and possible adhesion formation. Since your cycles are regular, the focus should be on reducing inflammation, shrinking cysts, managing pain, and improving fertility naturally. 1. Ashokarishta – 2 tablespoons with warm water after lunch and dinner 2. Kanchnar Guggulu – 1 tablets twice daily after meals 3. Dashmool Kwath – 10 ml with warm water twice daily 4. Shatavari Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night 5. Triphala Churna – Half teaspoon with warm water at bedtime

Hi Muniba, Can you describe the type of pain you experience during your periods and mid-cycle—sharp, cramp-like, or more of a dull ache? Do you notice any digestive discomfort or changes in your appetite during these times? How is your energy level overall? Try Shatavari and Ashwagandha to support hormonal health and reduce stress. Turmeric and Ginger can also help reduce inflammation and improve circulation, which may ease your pain during cycles.

Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably.
