Gynoveda is often used in Ayurveda to balance the reproductive system, reduce fibroids, and support hormonal health. While fibroids can sometimes shrink with Ayurvedic treatment, their complete resolution depends on various factors such as their size, location, and the body’s response to the herbs. Additionally, since you have normal hormone levels and a good egg reserve, the chances of conceiving are positive, but the presence of a fibroid and past tubal pregnancy may require careful monitoring. Have you undergone any imaging tests like ultrasound to track the fibroid’s progress since starting the treatment? It’s also important to rule out any scar tissue or tubal blockages from the previous pregnancy. I would suggest continuing with a supportive Ayurvedic approach, but also consulting with your gynecologist for a comprehensive fertility assessment and to ensure that the fibroid isn't affecting your uterus' ability to carry a pregnancy.

Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, personalized, and holistic approach to women’s health and fertility, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Hi Tejaswini Treating fibroids requires a combination of Ayurvedic medicine, lifestyle changes, and Panchakarma therapy for effective healing.details about your menstrual cycle pattern, physical activity, food habits, sleep, occupation, weight, partner’s health, and previous reports for specific diet, medicine, and yoga recommendations. While Ayurvedic medicine definitely help , but for over all detoxification get panchakarma therapy and post medications under medical supervision Follow some simple steps Regular Exercise – Practice daily Surya Namaskara , other physical activities like brisk walking, zumba etc Breathing Exercises – Follow Nadi Shodhana / Bastrika etc Increase Fruits & Vegetables – Prioritize a fiber-rich, plant-based diet. Avoid Junk Food – Cut down on processed, maida-based, and sugary foods. Limit Spicy & Oily Foods and also limit non veg (if you are mixed diet ) Consume Mixed Seeds – Have one teaspoon of flaxseeds, sesame, sunflower, or pumpkin seeds daily. Include Moringa & Dill Leaves – Add them twice a week to support hormonal health. Consistency is the key factor for results
