How to plan diet and herbal for antiageing Can we regrow hair with supplements and nutrition intake. I tried different herbal oils and tonic but could not get results. Also I am looking too old than my age due to skin & hair loss.

Hello. Are you vegetarian or non vegetarian just clarify. For calcium have 1 tsp of sesame seeds with Breakfast daily. For skin and hair also have soaked and peeled dry fruits like almonds and walnuts which gives essential oil to your hair and skin.

i am non vegetarian but do not prefer to eat veg over nonveg.
Take amla + aloevera juice both 10ml. twice daily before food with water for anti ageing: 1)Brisk walking atleast 40 mins daily 2) Avoid white flour, take less salt, avoid sugar 3) take seasonal fruits and vegetables. 4) Include Whole grains in your diet 5) keep yourself properly hydrated 6 ) Use detox water , like putting lime rinds/ mint leave/ tulsi leaves in water jar from which you drink wtaer, 7) or use clay pot water

Take more water intake.. hydrate your skin Daily have seasonal fruits juice or you can have tender coconut water Do head massage with neelibrungamalaka taila twice a week Include soaked grapes in your diet If your face is dry then do face massage with yashtimadhu tail and take steam..do it atleast alternate day If your face is oily apply face pack with yashtimadhu+chandana powder mixed with rose water If possible visit nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of Virechana karma and do shashtikashaali pinda sweda treatment

Hello. U need to reduce ur atress by regular uoga , proper timely sleep ans healthy food habits. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on face and hair. Avoid cosmetics and chemical based products. Wash ur face with masoor dal + udad dal + rakta chandan powder + ambahaldi powder + raw cow milk. Use night serum ( 5 ml almond oil + 5 ml maha mash yail + 5 ml chandan bala tai + 5 drops of Neroli essential oil ) Apply vatajatadi tail on hair and use shilkesine hair wash powder.

Hi.... Ya absolutely you are right we can change our look only by lifestyle & diet... But nothing else... Though you have lot of supplements but your lifestyle is not good then nothing works.... With nutrition diet & supplements you should have regular exercise & 8 hours of quality sleep then only your body will react to the supplements 👍

Kaishore guggulu- Neemghan vati- 1tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water . Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Brahmi + Bhringraj Powder – Take ½ tsp daily with warm water to nourish hair from within. Ashwagandha -1/2 tsp with warm milk at night Triphala (½ tsp at bedtime) Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Juice or Powder –take with buttermilk or warm water. Bringaraja taila- gentle scalp massage weekly twice Eat black sesame seeds + jaggery (1 tsp daily). Drink fresh Amla juice or consume raw Amla daily. Include ghee, soaked almonds, walnuts, dates, and coconut in your diet. Avoid spicy, fermented, and processed foods, as they worsen Pitta. Henna + Indigo Powder – Natural remedy for greying (if you want to darken the hair naturally).
