How to balance hormones and remove PCod from the body - #20925

I'm suffering from pcod since one year and because of this my weight gained 53kg to 64kg, Periods are also getting late 1 and half month and because of this facial hairs is starting , hairfall is happening too much, the skin is also dry, and the mood swings are there, very irritable.

Exercise: I also practice some yoga asanas like Surya Namaskar, Butterfly Pose (Titli Asana), Garland Pose (Malasana), and Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana), but I’m not able to do them regularly.

My Daily Routine: I wake up between 6 to 7 AM and go to sleep by 11 PM. My Diet: Morning (empty stomach): I take a powder with warm water (made of flax seeds, fenugreek seeds, carom seeds, and cinnamon). Breakfast: I eat one of these – sprouts, sattu chilla, roasted chana, juice (made of beetroot, tomato, and carrot), or soaked almonds. Lunch: 1 vegetable + lentils (dal) + 1–2 chapatis. Dinner: 1 chapati + lentils (dal) with salad (cucumber and tomato). Other Habits: I drink 8–10 glasses of water daily, along with flax seeds and mint water. I have completely stopped consuming sugar and tea. ---
Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Sy.Amycordil fort 15ml twice Tab.Shatavari 2-0-2

Saptasaram kashyam 15ml-0- 15ml + 45 ml water after food 4. Tila granules 1 tsp with warm milk at 6pm 5. Panchajeeraka rasyanam 1 tsp at bed time with warm wate Follow this medication for 30 days you will definitely see the difference Also follow diet modifications Avoid reheated, spicy , fermented food , urad dal , curd Take more of millets , rahi , buttermilk , instant idlis , fruits and nuts
