Stomach pain and bloating often ties to digestion issues, which can be a result of irregular agni (digestive fire) or an imbalance in doshas. Based on the information you provided, let’s dive into some practical suggestions from Ayurveda you might find useful.

First, considering your morning schedule, you could try beginning your day with a glass of warm water with lemon, which is great for stimulating digestion and cleansing your system. If possible, add a small slice of fresh ginger as well, it helps pacify Vata and can aid digestion.

Throughout the day, aim for small, regular meals instead of large ones. Stick to warm, freshly cooked, simple meals that are easy to digest. Oats, rice or lightly spiced lentils could be good choices. It’s crucial to chew your food thoroughly, as digestion starts in the mouth. Even if time is tight, avoid rushing through meals.

Staying hydrated supports digestion too, so try sipping warm water or herbal teas like ginger or fennel throughout the day. They help reduce bloating and soothe your gut.

Since exercise is challenging in your routine, consider short walks during breaks or lunch. A 10-minute brisk walk can be enough to encourage proper digestion. Alternatively, deep breathing or a few minutes of pranayama may be beneficial for maintaining energy and reducing stress, which often impacts digestion.

Finally, observe your body’s signals. Keep track of which foods or behaviors (like eating habits) might trigger discomfort. A brief nightly reflection on your body’s responses can be insightful.

If symptoms persist, it might be good to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner directly so they can evaluate your specific constitution and suggest tailored remedies or treatments. Always prioritize your health and consult healthcare professionals when necessary!
