1st of all start with nidanparivarjan -avoid food materials which triggers it. do yoga and pranayam -sheetali and sheetkari important… medications- 1.udaamrit vati 1-1 after meal twice a day 2.kamdudha rasa 1-1 after meal twice a day 3.avipattikar choorna 1tsp twice a day before meal with leukwarm water 4.mulethi kwath 20gm med. soaked in 400ml water boil in morning till remain half drink empty stomach twice a day half hour before meal… take mishri + sauf twice a day after every meal

Namaste, Pet mein zyada garmi (acidity, burning) usually hoti hai jab pitta badh jata hai aur digestion sensitive ho jata hai. Simple measures that may help: Khali pet strong medicines lene se irritation badh sakta hai, isliye doctor ki salah se hi lein. Avoid karein spicy, fried, sour food, chai, coffee aur late night meals. Khaana light aur timely lein – jaise rice, moong dal, dahi (din mein), sabzi. Thoda-thoda karke frequent meals lein, long gap na rakhein. Drink normal ya halka warm water, bahut garam ya thanda avoid karein. Stress aur neend ka bhi dhyaan rakhein. Agar roz capsules lene pad rahe hain, to root cause treat karna zaroori hai, sirf symptom control nahi. Ayurvedic medicines that may support relief include: Avipattikar Churna – acidity aur burning kam karne mein traditionally use hota hai.
