Simple measures that may help: Avoid karein continuous mobile/typing use, beech-beech mein breaks lein. Daily warm sesame oil se massage karein hand aur thumb par. Uske baad mild heat (garam sek) karein. Try karein wrist and finger stretching exercises gently. Sone ke time hand ko awkward position mein na rakhein. Maintain karein proper posture (neck aur shoulder), kyunki nerve wahan se bhi affect ho sakti hai.
