Right hand thumb in pain and nilki jad ki but mapain hota hai and all hand mapain and gunguni hoti hai kya karu

Namaste, Right hand thumb mein severe pain, numbness (gunguni), aur poore hand mein discomfort, especially typing/phone se badhna, usually nerve compression (like cervical nerve or wrist involvement) + vata imbalance ka sign ho sakta hai. Simple measures that may help: Avoid karein continuous mobile/typing use, beech-beech mein breaks lein. Daily warm sesame oil se massage karein hand aur thumb par. Uske baad mild heat (garam sek) karein. Try karein wrist and finger stretching exercises gently. Sone ke time hand ko awkward position mein na rakhein. Maintain karein proper posture (neck aur shoulder), kyunki nerve wahan se bhi affect ho sakti hai. Pain severe hai (10/10), isliye agar numbness badh rahi hai ya weakness aaye, to doctor consultation zaroor karein. Ayurvedic medicines that may support nerve and pain relief include: Cervigest Tablets – cervical nerve compression aur radiating pain mein support ke liye use hote hain. Rumogin Tablet – joint aur nerve-related pain mein support ke liye use kiye jate hain. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
