Aapke symptoms PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) se jude huye lag rahe hain, aur yah fertility main jaroor challenges paida kar sakta hai. Ayurveda mein PCOD aur uske symptoms ko manage karne ke liye kuch prachin aur pramanik aushadhiyan aur therapies hain.

Sabse pehle, aapko apne dosha imbalance ko samajhna zaroori hai, jisse hum accordingly prabandhan kar sakein. PCOD vaakya kapha dosha ki vriddhi se sambandit mana jata hai. Kapha ko santulit karne ke liye aap apne aahar se processed foods, white sugar, and dairy products ko kam karein. Tajaa fal, sabziyan aur high-fiber diet apnaana fayda karega.

1. Dietary Changes: Din ki shuruaat garam paani ke saath karein aur din bhar garam paani pee sakte hain. Apne aahar mein haldi, methi dana aur ajwain shamil karein. Yah aapke hormone levels aur agni ko sudharne mein madad karega.

2. Lifestyle Modifications: Rozana 30-40 minute tak yoga ya brisk walking karein. Yogasanas jaise Surya Namaskar, Bhadrasana, aur Vajrasana PCOD ke liye beneficial hote hain. Stress se chutkara paana bahut zaroori hai stress zaroorat se zyada cortisol hormone ko ugly karta hai, jo hormonal imbalances ke liye responsible hai.

3. Therapeutic Herbs: Ayurvedic herbs jaise shatavari and ashoka pcod ke liye prabhavshali hote hain. Lekin yah aapko kisi ayurvedic physician ki salah ke bina use nahi karna chahiye.

Aapke private part mein itching ke liye, neem ke patton ka kayal ya neembu ke paani mein cotton ball dubhokar affected area par laga sakte hain. Infection ka probalitity check karne ke liye sameedna aur proper diagnosis zaroori hain.
