how to increase strength and stamina - #23430
I am struggling with my energy levels and overall strength lately. Like, a few months ago, I was hitting the gym regularly and feeling great, but then life got busy, and I kind of fell off the wagon. Now, even if I get to the gym, I feel totally wiped out after just a short workout. I really want to know how to increase strength and stamina because I used to be able to do a good cardio session and still have energy left for some weight training. I've tried some quick fixes like energy bars and a pre-workout drink, but they don't seem to work well for me anymore. My diet is okay, but I’ve noticed I don’t eat as healthy as I used to. So, does anyone have tips on how to increase strength and stamina? Maybe some Ayurvedic remedies or foods to focus on? Really hoping to get back to feeling strong and energized! Just last week, I tried doing a light jog and ended up feeling completely exhausted – not the best feeling! Would love to hear your thoughts!
