I am really trying to figure out how to consume amla. I recently read about all the benfits – I'm mostly interested in boosting my immunity and tackling some digestive issues. A few months back, I started feeling really sluggish, and my digestion has been off too, like bloating and unpredictably bad gas. I heard that amla can do wonders, but I'm just not sure of the best way to go about it. Like, should I eat raw amla, or is it better to drink it as juice, or maybe powder form? I tried some amla juice, but it was sooo sour that I'm not sure how often to drink it without cringing! And when I talked to a friend, she mentioned mixing amla powder in yogurt, but I feel like I haven't seen clear instructions on how to consume amla properly. Can anyone share their experiences, maybe how you incorporate it into your daily diet? I honestly want to be consistent, but I also don't want to gag over it, you know? How to consume amla without it being torture? Would love any tips or recipes, thanks!
